Pipe Penetration Sealing for a Construction Contractor

A construction contractor had Service penetrations that were within service manholes  that required making good and providing a permanent waterproof seal.

Total specialist provided a solution to the problem, which involved plugging the annulus between the host  pipe and service using a F120 fire rated concrete repair mortar and allowed to cure. The pipe penetrations were then made watertight by drilling through the plugging mortar and then injecting a structural waterproof polyurethane injection resin. The holes were then made good with a F120 fire rated concrete repair mortar.
