Total specialist maintenance is ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accredited company, we also hold RISQS (Audited), Builders Profile, CHAS (Elite), Constructionline Gold, Safe Contractor, SSIP and SMAS accreditations and are currently working towards UVDB Achilles.
The nature of our work is such that we have close contact with other trades client’s staff and the public, for example, Construction site, rail sites, social housing residential and repair projects. To continue to work safely in such proximity it is imperative that when working in ‘live environments’, we implement the correct operational procedures and systems to ensure that both our own workforce, our client’s employees and sub-contractors and the public at large are safely protected during our works.
