The client had an old FST tank that was suffering from Acidic corrosion to the scum channel.
The application required
- Mechanically preparing the substrate to form a mechanical key for the concrete lining to the FST scum channel
- Refurbishment of the scum channel by installing a concrete lining using a concrete repair mortar
- Application of chemical resistant coating to the scum channel
