Injection Waterproofing for a Rail Contractor

The client had a requirement for waterproofing to a tunnel to stop water damage to masonry, overhead powerlines and track.

The works involved carrying out the following

• Drilling to the back of the extrados of the tunnel.

• Placing an injection waterproof resin to the back of the structure to arrest water ingress.

• Installation of positive drainage relief pipes.
