Injection Waterproofing for Rail Contractor
The Client had constructed a new subway passage underneath a railway at a train station which was suffering from water ingress and deterioration of the concrete elements
The works involved carrying out the following
Drilling to the back of the concrete abutment to the extrados
Placing an injection waterproof resin to the back of the structure to arrest water ingress
Carrying out concrete repairs to cracks within the abutment walls
Sealing of joints between the precast panels to the soffit of the subway
Carrying out crack injection to cracks within the precast panels to the soffit of the subway
Injection waterproofing to brickwork around the lift and Pilaster of the subway
Application of an anti-graffiti coating to the concrete elements of the subway
