Lift Pit Waterproofing for a Property Maintenance Company

A property maintenance company had a lift engineering company carry out their 6 months service and inspection programme to an existing lift installation and witnessed water ingress coming into the lift pit.  The water ingress was also causing corrosion to the lift components which left untreated would rendered the lift unserviceable.
